We decided to sell our investment property and asked our local agent (we live on the other side of Melbourne) if he knew anyone in Richmond that he could recommend. Surprisingly, he recommended Emily, an agent that didn't work in the same real estate agency as he did. Emily was super professional from the first meeting.
