We interviewed a number of agents to sell our flat in Hawthorn. Emily was a stand out. She was so appealing to work with. We found her to be highly knowledgable, very motivated to work hard for us as vendors, honest, clear and respectful dealing with prospective buyers. The great thing about her personality is that she is accessible and authentic. Emily worked hard to get us a price that exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication throughout the campaign. She recommended a cost effective and excellent stylist for our property. She was no fuss to deal with and the whole process just worked so effortlessly. Personally she beautifully groomed, lovely to interact with, calm, insightful. I think there is an advantage in appointing someone who is motivated and a good communicator, and we were also pleased to give this job to a woman, and one as capable as Emily.
