Emily recently sold our property in Parkdale via off-market private sale. Considering that the home was not publically advertised nor ideally presented for sale, our expectations were realistic with regard to the level of competition from buyers and subsequent price we would achieve. With this in mind, we are absolutely thrilled to have achieved a result circa $100,000 more than what we were originally considering selling for; after Emily introduced two buyers who competed for the property. Negotiations took place over the course of several hours on a Sunday and contracts were signed at 7am the following Monday morning.
