Since joining Butler Property Group in 2017, Emma Butler’s role has been integral to the modernisation of the family business. By introducing digital processes across the entire agency, she allows Karl to focus on listing and selling houses, as well as negotiating the best deals for their clients. Emma not only keeps the business running smoothly but is constantly seeking out ways to elevate their service level. “Karl and I are both very driven and hardworking. Helping people is extremely rewarding and it’s wonderful when you can find someone a home they love. Helping people sell their property so they can fulfil other goals like downsizing or travelling is one of the things I love most about my job.” Childhood memories of joining her dad, who was a builder, on construction sites left a lasting impression and a passion for property. With more than a decade of experience working in Government Communications and Marketing and as a qualified real estate professional, Emma has a deep understanding of how to help others find a home that matches whatever stage of life they’re at, whether it’s finding the right amount of space for their whole family or securing a home in an ideal location. While the continued success of the business has certainly been a highlight at the Butler Property Group, the flexibility of running the business has enriched Emma and her family’s life enormously.
