Choosing the agent was a very easy decision to make when we were going to go to market, being local, Dan made it easy for us to get information to give ourselves the best possible opportunity to get the desired outcome. He was happy to drop by or get back to us quickly and was able to get the house under offer in a slowing market after the first week. Very thankful for the services Dan provided, it was just a shame we couldn’t use him to buy as well as sell!
