Today is the day we can officially say… WE ARE SOLD! 🏡🎉 With settlement just around the corner, no roadblocks in sight and all approvals officially done, we can finally say we are moving on to the next chapter — and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Bronte Maloney. Bronte has been nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. We sold our home in a challenging market, with a war, inflation, rising costs and a noticeable decrease in buyers — but Bronte never once gave in or let the challenges get the better of her. She was constantly finding new ways to get our home in front of people, keeping it at the top of everyone’s “to-do” list and, most importantly, she hustled. Her communication was fantastic, she was always honest and upfront, and she genuinely put our best interests first. But what really stood out to us was the effort you don’t always see. The calls, messages, follow-ups, ideas, negotiations and everything happening behind the scenes that helped get us across the finish line. We know there was so much work happening that we didn’t see, and we appreciate every bit of it. Bronte is one of those agents who makes you feel like you’re more than just another sale. Choosing the agent was a very easy decision to make when we were going to go to market, being local, Dan made it easy for us to get information to give ourselves the best possible opportunity to get the desired outcome. He was happy to drop by or get back to us quickly and was able to get the house under offer in a slowing market after the first week.
