Right from the get go I trusted Emma, She made it very clear that she was working for me and I never felt otherwise. I decided quickly at the beginning of December to sell a house I had owned for 30 years and raised my kids in and it was much more emotional than I had banked on. Emma and the team at Bell were amazing there was help with styling there was contacts for garden tidy the photos were amazing the house looked fab and Emma never made me feel that I needed to do more. She didn´t jump at the first offer (As I might have) and she got a great price and closed the sale in a couple of weeks. The wheels are well oiled at Belle they don´t over promise and undersell in fact the complete opposite. Emma was always available or quick to call back, a consummate professional I have no hesitation in recommending.
