Very Positive Buying Experience!

Our recent purchase of an apartment in Narrabeen was a very positive experience, made even easier by our dealings with Emma as the selling agent. We came in late to the process and Emma couldn't have been more accomodating in getting us into see the unit outside of the normal open house hours, not just once but on several occasions. She was very knowledgable not only about the area but the block itself, and obviously had a very good working relationship with the vendors. All our questions both phone, email and in person were quickly answered, and she often went the extra mile anticipating potential follow on questions and providing those responses as well. At all times highly professional in her dealings, she had a sense of humor and warmth that put you at ease during what is a very stressful process. I would have no problems in recommending Emma to friends and colleagues and want to thank her for all her help and expert advice during the process!
