Emma was determined to achieve an outcome for us. She never stopped trying despite a difficult situation with a non co-operative tenant. She never appeared to be daunted by any issues presented and took any adversity in her stride. Nothing was to every to hard, she was always prepared to go the extra yards to assist and to present the property at it's best. In the end we achieve the sale thanks to Emma's positive attitude and determined work ethic. I would recommend her to anyone serious about selling.
