This is an update on my wife's review of Emma's performance selling our apartment. It is now approx 6 months since we signed the contract to sell our property for $500,000, 4 months since settlement. The property was recently put back on the market for $600,000 plus, and is now under contract for above $650,000. That's $150,000 plus in a such a short time, did we sell to cheap ?? seems so. PLEASE, PLEASE, make sure you get 3 valuations from different agencies to ensure you are fully aware of what your current property value is. David
