Emma provided an in depth summary of similar properties available in the same marketing time. From the outset she provided a sense of awareness of the overall current market and she provided ongoing support by keeping in regular contact. I can very happily recommend Emma.
Emma is a total breath of fresh air, you can't pretend to have her personality. Emma is a REAL Real Estate Agent!!! She knew from the offset that what we would like to achieve may not be possible but rather than back away she took on the challenge even knowing it may result in her not getting a cent. Determined to ensure our dream happened she marched forward. I even wanted to give in twice but thanks to her determination and not letting me give up, we secured a fantastic buyer at the price we had hoped may happen and we are moving on. If you want an agent who truly cares, never drops the ball, fights your corner, has a bubbly personality, gets you an awesome price and is just a total pleasure then you have to use Emma. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts, Sarah and Paul (you are a total star 🌟)
Emma did a remarkable job in marketing our home and bringing in potential buyers, especially during these challenging times of COVID. Throughout the process Emma keep us well informed and nothing was too much trouble. Emma had every confidence in taking the property to auction and helped take that fear away to ensure we got the best outcome. Emma is professional and second to none in the real estate industry. Highly recommended.
