Emma was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole process was comfortable and she was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions prior to and after our offer being accepted. Through to the day of settlement and handing over the keys to us - it was a breeze. The admin team were also so helpful and made us feel at ease.
