Enrique Bisbal

I engaged Enrique and Tony (Team Bisbal) to be the agents for selling my property. You could not ask for two more obliging, compassionate and understanding people. They understood I was overwhelmed by the process and helped me overcome this. Enrique has master skills in negotiating and don’t be fooled by his young age, he is very mature beyond his years. From the word go Enrique was on the ball. I had an investment unit that had languished on the market with a previous agent and was no longer attracting views at open inspections. I stumbled upon Enrique as he had left a business card in the units mailbox, knowing it had been on the market for some time. I was struggeling and didnt know what to do, my current agent had no answers. As their agency was due to expire I called Enrique and spoke to him about my position. Enrique was immediately understanding and empathetic. He took my concerns to his team and within two days they had a stratagy that would prove to be gold. Enrique had a great plan to refresh and renew a stale campaign, new styling (well worth the expense), a different advertising approach and an investment of himself into the opens that I have not seen in an agent before. Enrique kept in touch with me the whole time and often liaised with stylists, workmen and the conveyancer on my behalf. Enrique went well above and beyond what any agent I have dealt with before has done. It was all to great reward, within two weeks of the new campaign I had a signed contract in my hands that was above my wildest expectations with the previous agent. I could not recommend Enrique more highly, you would be silly to go with anyone else.

Enrique has been very professional through the entire process. He has provided excellent advice with his extensive knowledge, contract handling , communication and overall satisfaction. He has very strong attention to detail and ensured we were kept informed in every stage. He has exceeded beyond our expectations with the sale of our house. Enrique Bisbal is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He was down to earth & made me feel very comfortable.
