My wife and I started off mid 2021 on the Downsizing Path. Over the following months our interest waned as we could not find a suitable property within our price range. Eon assured us that he had done the ground/spade work and if required could "launch" a sale within days of our "agree to sell contract being signed ". In addition Eon had a list of suitable trades people who could do what was necessary to enhance presentation and who we were able to use. An opportunity to purchase a suitable unit arose early the 2022. Eon was contacted and within days photographs were professionally taken, a walk through by a professional property descriptive journalist also attended, colour booklets printed and the property was put on the market. Cost of these enhancements were very reasonable in the scheme of things. Eon gave sound advice on presentation of the property and added personal touches to the home openings. Eon understood the Seller cum Buyer aspects of the current property market and after 3 or 4 'inspections found buyers whose final price for purchase was to our liking. All in all a seamless and well marketed experience
