I cannot sing Eon’s praises highly enough! We have unsuccessfully tried to sell our house in WA 4 times over the past 5 years with a sales agency. Living in QLD we were very limited in what we could do and were relying on the sales agents to help us in trying to sell the property… they were basically useless! Purely by chance I came across Eon from Davey. Right from the initial conversation with Eon I knew the property would be sold this time. Eon’s attitude, professionalism and high-drive work ethic is exceptional! Eon attended the property and did an inspection and provided a detailed report on where the property needed work and promptly organised within his network the trades people to do the jobs. This was also done at about half the cost and covering more scope of works as previously quoted. Eon also personally attended the property and did several hours of work to make the property ready for the home opens. The property sold very shortly after the works were completed. Due to the amount of work Eon did and his coordination of the project, our part was extremely easy and effortless. Eon’s communication with us was ongoing and exceptional. To say Eon went above and beyond for us in selling this property is an understatement! I cannot recommend Eon highly enough!
