My wife and I recently bought a property through Eon. He was fantastic from our first viewing and made the process less daunting and communicated with us at every step of the way. This was a property purchase where the main players did not seem to appreciate the intricacies of buying from a deceased estate but Eon did. Whilst all around they outdid each other with incompetence Eon kept his cool and kept me sane throughout the whole process. He was the good apple in a barrel of rotten ones. What more can I say?
Eon managed to work quickly and effectively to meet very short deadlines in our attempt to get our house on the market as quickly as possible. The house was under offer in less than a week with a lot of the leg work done after hours to achieve this. Eon was fantastic throughout the whole process. As COVId has backed up the banks it all became very stressful but Eon stayed calm and made us feel that everything was going to be okay and kept checking in and making sure we were on track. From the initial meeting, the house was photographed and on the market really quick, and despite having low numbers in our first weekend of home opens, Eon still managed to bring us a great offer, which we accepted. Eon kept in regular contact through to settlement, and would always get back to us straight away if we had any queries. We were so glad we stumbled across Eon and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
