We met Luke as we were looking for our next home and we were impressed with him in those early meetings. He cuts through a lot of the BS and was very quickly able to assess the core of what would work best for our situation and make recommendations. It felt a lot more like an honest conversation than the usual song and dance you need to go through when dealing with agents. We bought our new house through him and before he even asked, had made up our mind that we wanted him to have the listing for our existing home. Once we listed, he pushed us pretty hard on time to have our house prepared for marketing and open homes. While at the time it felt too fast, we achieved everything we needed ready for presentation. I think he knows when you focus, you can complete a lot of work quickly. So in the end we were glad he pushed us. The marketing was amazing, and all his recommendations of specialists to assist were top notch. We were up and running with lots of early interest and a huge first open home. In the end it felt like all the effort and money on the amazing marketing was almost a waste, as he sold our house in 5 days. Now I don't want to give him all the credit. His sales associate Rebekah was very involved and is definitely not just there to hand out brochures. She was very active in the process and contributed significantly to the outcome. Luke, as good as he is, would not be as effective in this busy market without Rebekah. Luke and Rebekah worked hard and got us a price we were happy with, and certainly higher than our expectations prior to entering the market. His communication is fantastic and seems to be always working, day, night, weekends. He is pleasant and positive and most importantly... honest. We would most certainly buy and sell with Luke again, no question. We say that despite the fact that our purchase through Luke did not go as smoothly as this sale. And thanks to his videos, I now have a new source for my Dad jokes.

Luke sold our home off market. After speaking with a few agents it was clear Luke had the expertise and passion to work hard at achieving the best possible results for us as vendors. Luke was always working hard for us and always contactable. He achieved a higher price by far than what was indicated by other agents.
