Luke's market knowledge and engagement skills were great. He set a very high pace that I had to level down which at times added to repeating things. During settlement, he was quite persistent and pushy. But I guess while working against deadlines, these are expected. He was very considerate and respected my privacy and upheld my request for not contacting me on the phone while I went through a difficult personal time (also during settlement).
