We have sold a property with Ercan on two occasions now. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable of the market and provides excellent guidance in managing our expectations as to how the market is tracking. I have no hesitation in recommending him to market your property.

I met with 3 agents and Ercan impressed me with his approach to leverage selling in today's fast paced and technology adept society. Ercan also had insight into the potential in my place that was not obvious to the other agents. Ercan was very professional and has great business partners around him to deliver on his considered protections. Very highly recommended!

We were made aware of Ercan by our neighbors who also sold through him and also through his success in the area. From the very beginning of the campaign Ercan offered experienced guidance and clear and positive decision making as to how we should best go about the sale. For us that gave us great confidence as we are presently living overseas and needed to have an agent who was quick to anticipate our needs and concerns. Ercan’s team of Rebecca and Astrid were excellent with their quick and detailed communications and always to the point. Ercan negotiated us a very good sale price in what is becoming a very tough market. We would highly recommend Ercan and his team. Steve and Melanie Cosgrave.

It is one thing to sell property when the market is booming - it is quite another to sell property during a "correction". We chose perhaps the most challenging time to sell in the last three years or so, and yet Ercan's unflappable manner and confident market knowledge saw us through. We managed to sell our house in Enmore for price that we were perfectly happy with.

Ercan and his team couldn't have made the process any easier or straight forward for me. Highly knowledgable and helpful. Many thanks

My wife and I choose to use Ercan and the Ray White Erskinville/Surry Hills team after hearing excellent reports about him through our network of friends. From Ercan's first sales and marketing presentation to the final sale of our apartment, the entire process was seamless, professional and even fun! Ercan and his team are absolute pros. Every detail from the photos to the copy were superb. I knew as soon as we went live with the campaign that our property had an edge over others in the area. The marketing nous he brings is invaluable. Ercan marketed our apartment extremely well and we had fantastic numbers of inspections, contracts and strata reports go out. He managed to build a real buzz on the property. This all paid off when it came to auction day and we had ten registered bidders and a final result well over our reserve. During the campaign I visited many other properties in the area to gauge competition and I knew from the way in which my unit was marketed and the team I had, that I was in superior hands to other agents in Surry Hills. There were 18 other similar properties for sale in the area when we went to auction. While other agents were struggling to get interest and their auctions were even getting passed in - we achieved awesome results. Absolute 5 star performance. Would happily give a strong recommendation to anybody looking to use Ercan and his team.

We were very pleased with the work Ercan did in expediting the sale of our house. His knowledge of the market conditions, his professionalism and keeping us fully informed of progress at all times was excellent. He produced an outstanding video which captured the feel of the property beautifully and he really tried to provide us with the best possible outcome. We would unconditionally recommend him.

Ercan provided me with a level of service that I know many other estate agents would have found too difficult to manage. I live in the UK and was selling my flat in the inner-city. Ercan dealt with time zones and cash flow in a flexible way, making the whole process smooth and stress free. I attended the on-site auction and was impressed by Ercan's enthusiasm and manners when relaying information to me. His choice of auctioneers was also excellent - I achieved the price I wanted. I would thoroughly recommend Ercan (and his team, who also did a sterling job). Thanks Ercan!

Ercan is a true professional, knowledgeable and a specialist in his field. He has a great team and we would not hesitate to appoint Ercan and Ray White for any future Real Estate transactions

We bought and sold with Ercan, in both cases he was very responsive, gave us an honest assessment and was available for anything we needed and any time. I am happy to recommend him without hesitation to any buyer or seller.

Ercan Ersan and his team at Ray White were very helpful and worked tirelessly towards getting the best outcome when selling my parents' home.

Thanks to Ercan and his team we sold our lovely house to a lovely couple. Ercan built a relationship with us for two years making the decision to use Ercan and his team a no brainer! From the very beginning they offered great advice and support all throughout the campaign, achieving great results! Our expectations were managed brilliantly from the very beginning to a very happy outcome! We would recommend Ercan and his team to everyone! Thanks again! Cheers Tracy & Brad
