On the day we inspected Erdens property, we saw a number of others. There was one we decided not to even enter as the Agent was so unapproachable, giving varying answers about the property depending on if my partner of myself was asking, and another that we looked at and loved, but the agent was hard to talk to. Erdens property we hadn't scheduled to see that day, but upon calling he was happy to set up an inspection on short notice. He pointed out issues for us to be aware of along with the best features, encouraging our joy in the things we loved about the property. We we're split between it and another we'd seen, but his attitude instantly sold it to us. We asked to make an offer on the spot, and through the buying process Erden checked in with us regularly.
