If you ever want a trouble-free, wonderful, exceptionally professional experience, then I cannot recommend Eric and Van highly enough. Yes, we have a little way to go till end of settlement but so far, its been an incredibly easy and such an enjoyable process - so much so, I almost cant believe it!!
