MY experience is something cannot be forgotten for a long time to come. My property was listed with ONE realty (Winthrop) since Dec 2022 till 31/3/2022 & only had one cash offer presented in Feb 2023 with $80,000 less than the advertised & suggested price by the Agent concern.
