An acceptable offer came on the 8th home open. We find Eric Hartanto very knowledgeble in what he does. In the first meeting he gave us a run down of WA real estate performance as a whole and narrowed down to our surrounding suburbs and streets around our property. He let us name our price and concluded with his opinions. Dispite our somewhat high asking price he was prepared to give it a try. But, not without having warned us of its downside. We never felt pressured or coerced into having to adjust our price for faster sale. We ll recommend Eric and his professional team to anyone anytime.

I am very satisfied with the house itself and the workmanship of all the renovations is of high quality. There was constant communication with the agent but there was lack of clear updates on how the renovations were progressing and ultimately whether all the renovations would be completed on time for settlement. My biggest complaint is that one of the conditions for settlement was not completed on time, yet there was ample time to have this completed on time. That is the installation of the front lawn and the reticulation. We received an undertaking that this will still be completed even after settlement and work is still being done to complete the front lawn installation. My family is happy in the new house
