Thanks for managing the sale of our parents’ house in Kew East on Saturday 10th September. The process of selecting an agent is clearly a daunting task and in a case like ours where it was a decision of the 8 children it was a little more complicated than most. After seeing the auction managed by you and your team of a similar property around the corner from our parents’ home around 2 months earlier we took on Lindella’s even though many would see Kew East as outside your prime area. 6 of the 8 siblings inspected the other property before the auction and most of us stayed to observe the auction. We were impressed at that auction with the total approach you took and felt that you were absolutely focussed on working for the vendor as your first priority. We subsequently met and after considering the various proposals from what many would classify as local agents along with Lindellas’ proposal we chose Lindellas’ as our selling agent. In hindsight we can honestly say that the professionalism provided by you and your team including in particular the advice around marketing and focussing mainly on web advertising was extremely sound and very appropriate for the property. The result that you achieved for us was fantastic and certainly at the highest end of our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your team as selling agents for anyone looking to sell not only in Box Hill and the immediate surrounding suburbs, but also in other nearby suburbs such as Kew East.
