Pressured to lower reserve price during the auction, based on misleading promises No written consent — legality questionable Eric didn’t know bidders at all. Eric noticed easement only on auction day (Section 32 was provided early) Property sold immediately on the market, and we’ve only been told that “35 mins is long enough.” Was even threatened with legal action if I didn’t sign the contract. Unprofessional, poorly managed. Not recommended at all

He was truly exceptional. Transparent in his communication, understands buyers and sellers needs well. He was always willing to go over and above! he truly cares about his clients and has the knowledge and skills to do what others can’t for you. He helped us acquire an amazing property when we didn’t think it would work out and made sure everything stayed on track with a very tight timeline.
