Eric was most accomodating and helpful at short notice and couldn't do enought to help

We made two requests for information and inspection outside scheduled times and when Eric couldnt be there himself he arranged for his colleague to meet at the property. He communicated regularly and promptly responded to our questions Nothing was ever a problem .
