Eric is absolutely fantastic! I honestly could easily use up all the characters allowed for this review and just barely scratch the surface with how amazing he is. Beyond being a great real estate agent, Eric is simply wonderful human being. Honesty, integrity and genuine care are just some of his inherent values. I've known Eric since when I bought this house almost 2 years ago and when it was time to sell, I didn't even consider looking at other agents - Eric was the man for the job. I knew from the moment I met Eric 2 years ago when I was a buyer that he was something special, something different, certainly not your typical real estate agent stereotype. I could tell even then, even when he was working for the vendor that we ended up buying the house from, he genuinely cared about my family and me and our interests and was happy to lend a hand in any way he could even if that meant buying from another agent. Being a local, we've bumped into each other here and there and it's always great to see him and have a chat. Like me, he's a family man and it's great to see that side of him on weekends when he's spending time with the kids. Throughout the sale process, Eric was completely honest and transparent every step of the way. He did an amazing job marketing the property, showing groups through and then securing a sale that I was very happy with. Not only that, but he's really looked after us in helping us in any way he could to find rental properties. A five star rating really doesn't say enough about Eric or do him justice. He's well above and beyond the star rating system!!
