Eric's knowldge of the market is outstanding. From the outset Eric proposed a strategy that would gain the maximum price for our the sale of our property. We were updated on a regular basis and after several offers he landed the sale at the higher end of our price expectations. We will definatley use Mancini's and Eric in the future for our real estate requirements.

Eric Mancini helped us purchase a property in Altona around May 2018. It was quite refreshing to deal with a real estate agent who is down to earth and willing to work hard (for both the vendor and the purchaser) to get a deal across the line. Eric showed us through multiple properties and moved his schedule around for us. Eric is very down to earth and straight forward, really easy to deal with. That is most likely the reason that they are the best agent in Altona - great family owned business you can use to buy, sell or rent with confidence.
