I found Eric Mancini a delight to deal with. He knows the market in my area, gave me sound advice and importantly listened to me about how I wanted negotiations handled. Communication was very prompt which was very important to me. The office staff were prompt and helpful too. Eric clearly loves doing what he does. A very nice person to deal with.
