We approached Eric as we had seen so many of his boards in our local area, all with SOLD stickers, so we knew he was the one to talk to. He exceeded our expectations - with only a few hours notice he saw us at our family home of over 23 years and went through his local knowledge and what a specific buyer would be looking for with our property. His estimated sale price was higher than we expected so we were a little cautious of 'over promising' however he delivered the sale at a price and terms that we are very happy with and with a buyer that fitted his exact profile. We plan on using Eric and his team again to sell an investment property we have in the local area, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
