If we could give 6 stars out of 5 to Erik, we would. We put our trust in Erik to get a great result for our little home, and he delivered. He ran a very effective and disciplined campaign. The marketing and photography were superb. Erik's communication is excellent - he was always available to answer any questions, and to allay any concerns we had. As auction day approached, he was calm and reassuring. There was never a moment during the campaign where we felt any pressure to go one way or another - Erik always explained things clearly, comprehensively and rationally. We needed a quick sale as we had bought another property and exchanged contracts. Another complicating factor was that we had a tenant in the property we were selling and were therefore unable to give vacant possession. Erik did a great job in obtaining the cooperation of the tenant in relation to inspections of the apartment, finding interested buyers and achieving a sale at a very attractive price prior to auction. It was all done in two weeks, giving us the quick sale we were after and minimising inconvenience for our tenant.

Having searched for the right house for 2 years, we were very familiar with most of the agents working in the areas we liked.
