I immediately liked Mat, he was genuine, honest, had backing documentation to support what he was saying and he didn't have a "salesman attitude". We went through my house and he recommended things we should do to try to get top dollar. He also made calls and helped me get blinds and lights installed quickly and much cheaper than I would have been able to get on my own. I got a quote to get kitchen cupboards installed, Mat then connected me with one of his contacts and I was able to get the same cupboards installed 3k less than quoted and about 3 weeks earlier too. Mat also put me in contact with a great sellers solicitor and again I received a discounted rate as I was recommended by Mat. On auction day I was very nervous and Mat helped ease the nerves. The Auction didn't reach my reserve, but Mat was able to get me very close with after auction conversations.
