Ethan McCann is full of initiative. He took the chance to knock on our door to ask how our sale campaign was going with another agent. He had noticed it was on the net for a very long time and not selling so he asked the question, "Is there anything I can do to help you?"😐 We liked Ethan from the minute he walked up our driveway. He was confident, courteous, polite, and understanding to our plight of trying to sell our house for over 7 months with no offers, and no results for open houses and a failed auction. Ethan is a good listener. He listened to our saga story that if we engaged his company (Harcourts Mudgeeraba QLD) that he would be the sixth agent we had engaged. The first agent was all talk and left us waiting for contact from him. The second agent thought that the house would not sell due to its age, the third agent was not in our area, the fourth agent was not interested in helping us, and the fifth agent was just so out of touch it was comical and very frustrating. But Ethan gave us presentation advice, for open houses, he instructed us on street appeal, he advised what needed to be done to the house to make it sellable and gardens maintenance was the clincher. We started a campaign with Ethan only on Domain, but it dwindled very quickly. Then we started a new campaign on Real Estate.com and the interest took off. Ethan constantly kept in touch with us, he was always available day or night to answer our questions, even the stupid ones and he always gave us feedback on an open house. Nothing was too much trouble. He is very personable, very professional and knows his product knowledge very well. We had a price on the house and the market (prospective buyers) tells youwhat your house is worth regardless of any renovation costs you may have sunk into the house. So we thought our requested price was too high going on the advice of past agents, but we were willing to reduce our price to help the sale advance forward. Ethan is so good he is worth a 20/10
