In 2024, he expanded his experience by relocating to the Gold Coast, further developing his expertise and broadening his perspective within the industry.

A proud Bundaberg local, Ethan graduated from Shalom College in 2017 before gaining experience across hospitality and agriculture. These roles, often fast-paced and customer-focused, helped him develop a strong work ethic and exceptional people skills, which now underpin his success in Real Estate.
As part of the Brent Illingworth Team once more in 2026, Ethan plays a versatile role, supporting operations behind the scenes while also managing listings and connecting buyers with the right properties in his own right.
