Ethan was fantastic. I wasn’t sure how someone so young could be running open houses and showing people through homes. Yet, the more I met up with Ethan the more I realised just how competent he was. He was friendly and genuine in his greeting, he was interested in showing off the houses without a shred of being pushy. He knew the process of purchasing very well and gently made suggestions when I jumped ahead of myself or I wasn’t sure of the next step.
