Sandy is the Principal and Licensee in Charge of Warburton Estate Agents having commenced his Real Estate career with the Agency in 1996 when formerly known as John Flood Estate Agents. Having been a partner in the business since 2004, Sandy acquired full control of the agency in 2013. Sandy has quickly established himself as one of the Upper Hunter’s most successful sales agents building an impressive sales record and making him the preferred choice amongst other agents in Muswellbrook and the Upper Hunter having sold some of the area’s highest profile properties. Dominic is a born and bred Muswellbrook Local and joined the Warburton Team in 2020, after having built an enviable sales history over the previous twelve years in the local motor industry. He brings with him his highly regarded customer service focus that has been regularly recognised and a strong local area knowledge. Dominic has been an active member of the Muswellbrook community for many years and involved with various community groups which has seen him achieve some fantastic awards, including the Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) Employee of the Year Award and the Ford Australia Presidents Award to name just a couple. Having completed his senior education at St Joseph’s College Hunters Hill and a Marketing/Business Diploma at Macleay College Sydney, Dominic brings a new style and engaging approach to the Upper Hunter property market with his laid back nature yet extremely professional service. India joined the Warburton team in 2019, starting as part of our Property Management team. Originally from England, she has lived in the Upper Hunter for nearly a decade. India now works along side Sandy Warburton, our agency principal, as part of his direct team. Warburton boasts a leading market share in its core area of Muswellbrook and also services the areas of Aberdeen, Scone, Denman, Sandy Hollow and surrounding rural districts. The Agency has an outstanding team of 14 in their Muswellbrook head office including the largest team of residential sales agents in the area together with specialists in rural property and commercial property. The agency is led by selling Principal Sandy Warburton who originally joined the agency in 1996 and has quickly established himself as one of the Upper Hunter’s most successful sales agents building an impressive sales record. In 2004 Sandy became a partner in the business and assumed the position of Licensee in Charge. In November 2013 Sandy took over full ownership and control of the agency and in June 2018 relaunched as Warburton Estate Agents. Warburton's ongoing success has led to a string of local and industry awards. In 2011 it took out the coveted Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence in the Best Medium Residential Agency Category. In 2012 it was again a finalist.

Outstanding service and proffessionalism

We bought these units from Sandy 10 years ago and he has been a very astute and conscientious rental agent throughout the entire time. As our circumstances have recently changed we decided we needed to sell the units. We asked Sandy for a ballpark figure for a potential sale price. He came back with an estimate between $540k and $560k. We accepted this and proceeded to sale. Final sale was $560k exactly his best estimate.
