I'm generally pretty critical of Agent's, however Eugene proved me wrong. All I'm really looking for is honest communication, realistic expectations, courteous manner, knowledgeable about the property they are selling and follow up with contact and information as promised. With me as a buyer, Eugene ticked all the boxes and was a easy to deal with.
