Then when it came to put the apartment on the market, Evan's enthusiasm for our renovation, his commitment to getting the price he had advise he felt was possible, and his care for the process, is exemplary. WE couldn't have asked for more. Great communication every step of the way, absolutely zero pushiness. He knows his market and knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Evan Williams, he was very professional and provided various strategies for marketing and selling my property. The sales advice was realistic and ultimately we settled very close to our price.
