Eve Phegan

I have used numerous Agents over the past 20 years in Mackay. After having met Eve in the purchase of a property I had no hesitation whatsoever in asking Eve to be my Agent in the selling of a property. I would highly recommend Eve to anyone looking for the best Agent to represent them.

Eve has strong knowledge on the related field. Very easy to reach and she always listen to details. Highly focus on job what she is doing . Highly recommend.

The first Real Estate Agent we had was really poor and gave us misinformation about how our Property would sell... Eve sold us our current house and we figured we would give her the chance to sell our first house! Eve was outstanding from the get go! which was no surprise as my wife & I had already had dealings with her! Eve was honest and gave as a fair ball park figure on what our house was worth given the current market and she delivered on what she promised! Eve was also honest about the uniqueness of our property and that it wasn't everyone's cup of tea but certainly there would be a buyer! although this wasn't great news we really appreciated her honesty rather than leading us down a road of false hopes! eve went the extra mile of being present at the building and pest report with the buyers so it was a smooth run! I don't believe this is common practise among other agents? I would highly recommend eve to Anyone selling there house... We will surely use Eve Again If & when we decided to sell again.

Navigating a House Sale is Challenging but our Agent Eve made the experience easy to understand. Marketing was fantastic and we achieved the desired price for our home thanks to Eve’s experience and commitment.

As a buyer Eve was great to have as the agent involved in our purchase. She was very approachable and always returned calls in a timely manner. A lot of agents can be hard to read but I found Eve trustworthy and a lovely person to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone who was looking for an agent

My Experience Buying My second home faced Many challenges and was a big learning curve for not only myself but also my wife. Any challenges we did face Eve was always there to provide us with sound Advice… I would recommended highly Eve as she is a hard and honest working individual and is always straight down the line. I look forward to working with Eve in the future with buying and selling future Properties! Overall felt like a 6 Star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
