Excellent Communication Skills & Honesty

The first Real Estate Agent we had was really poor and gave us misinformation about how our Property would sell... Eve sold us our current house and we figured we would give her the chance to sell our first house! Eve was outstanding from the get go! which was no surprise as my wife & I had already had dealings with her! Eve was honest and gave as a fair ball park figure on what our house was worth given the current market and she delivered on what she promised! Eve was also honest about the uniqueness of our property and that it wasn't everyone's cup of tea but certainly there would be a buyer! although this wasn't great news we really appreciated her honesty rather than leading us down a road of false hopes! eve went the extra mile of being present at the building and pest report with the buyers so it was a smooth run! I don't believe this is common practise among other agents? I would highly recommend eve to Anyone selling there house... We will surely use Eve Again If & when we decided to sell again.
