So when we decided to sell we naturally went with him. He has been very professional and with good advice, honest and always available for questions or updates. Aaron recommended the right level of work to be done on the property for it to be most attractive, and he turned around contractors quickly. The sale happened in a reasonable timeframe. The only small disappointment is that we sold below the lower bracket of his estimate.
