Faith made selling the apartment very simple. Faith Chang is a very good communicator and was not a stressful person to work with in any way. She made sure she kept in proper contact whilst we were overseas and also worked to our time scale. I would recommend her for selling or buying. Incidentally, I find the advertising fees rather high here in Australia - we are more used to the UK where there are almost never any advertising fees for the seller to pay (and commissions are lower). Since you are paying $4,000 or so for one month of advertising you feel a pressure to accept offers within that month even if you may have had a better one by waiting a little longer as you are going to have to pay more for that second month. This advertising fee system is not particular to Faith Chang.
