Fay from the very start was professional, explained everything in detail so that we knew what was happening as the sale progressed. Her knowledge of clientelle both previous and current was an added bonus, as this is what brought about the sale of our mothers home so quickly. She even helped us with explanations of some of the legal gargon that was being passed between both of our solicitors. The valuation done on our place was the most true value out of 3 real estates that we had quotes from. We sold our place for what we believed we could get for it, thanks to Fay.
