After selling ($15000) worth of fees and then buying through the same agents I was disappointed that they can't even give gift to there clients. Go to pick up the keys and get 1 single key in an envelope. All the other keys where not left and not checking or responsibility from the agents. You pay a lot of money to sell your property and l think grants need to step up. My daughter brought through Peake and even though it's a small gesture she was given a hamper. And the agent made sure the keys for the doors that's had locks where supplied. Moving is a huge cost and you don't need more by having to get in locksmiths. More vendor/ buyer care grants it's not all about the money. It's about word of mouth. Trace
