What impressed me was Faye’s knowledge of the market even though the property was not in her suburb, which was excellent. This enabled me to set a realistic price for the property. Also her negotiation skills were great to get the buyer to come up to the price I had set. Both the buyer and myself were a fair distance apart so it was a fantastic result to get the sale done. Not to mention the sale was completed within the week!!!! Finally, her willingness to travel to meet the couple renting the property that was for sale and sit down and talk to them as it would have been just as easy to call them.
