Raphael recently sold our house in Fawkner for us and the experience was exceptional. Not only did he manage to get us more than we expected but he did it without us ever officially launching on the market! We couldn't recommend him more highly, he is professional and knowledgable of the local market, well connected and very easy to work with. He never made us feel like our wishes didn't matter and he didn't pressure us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. He maintained regular communication, consulting us throughout the entire process and offering advice rather than instructions. Raphael is absolutely a top shelf agent!

We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of our auction result and the seamless experience we received from Raphael. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind and we would recommend him to anyone considering selling

Raphel was fantastic agent very loyal and he listens and give great advice on the day of auction he pushed to get the best price for us thanks again Michele

Very grateful for their don’t stop attitude and commitment to getting me everything I needed throughout the sales process. This was also my first house sale and the communication and advice from Tayla and Raphael was very appreciated.

It was a great pleasure working with Raphel and his team . He was more helpful in finding us our first home. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.

We were every happy with the way Ralph sold our property. He tried hard to get us the best price he could

Raphael was fantastic during the entire process of selling our home. He spoke to us in simple terms which helped my wife and I understand the process. Would fully recommend Raphael and Ray White to anybody looking to sell their home.

I was very lucky to have had Raphael to help me in selling my home recently. There are no words to express my huge gratitude to him and his amazing team mates (Yash, Danielle and Tayla) for the advice they provided and for being so accommodating to all my requests which made the selling process simply stress-free. They were always contactable and approachable whenever I needed help and advice, even over the weekends. I would recommend Raphael and Ray White - Coburg to anyone wishing to have an enthusiastic and experienced agent. Thank you, Raphael and your team, you are truly the best!

Had a good experience with Raphael. He communicated with us on a daily basis if needed. He was very positive. Thanks for helping us sell.

Raph and his team have great communication and a strong work ethic. Always available to answer calls and questions.

Raphael as my agent he knows the business very well Raphael knows everything about the market he was always on top of everything and anything I needed to know he has the answers from the advertising to the open house and getting in the potential buyers and dealing with them Raphael is the best of the best I would definitely recommend him thank you so much Raphael you worked hard and sold the property job well done

Raphael is a passionate and dedicated advocate for your home. His dedication to selling the property was commendable. Communicating is key when you are selling your home and I was informed every second of the way using text messages, real life meetings and calls. He was only too happy to answer messages outside of hours - which I guess is part of the job - but I never felt like it was an imposition. He took concerns and challenges in a changing market and was able to negotiate and give me advice. Thanks Raphael and I wish you the best of luck in your career.
