I choose Raphael to sell my property and I was not disappointed. His knowledge of the area is outstanding! Raphael kept me informed every step of the campaign, he is very professional and generally very good at his job. I always felt comfortable with him and he always had time to discuss things. I would definitely recommend Raphael and wish him every success in the future.
Raphael is the best realestate agent in my experience after having sold other properties with other agencies. He was extremely thoughtful & worked with me to help in a stressful situation, staying in contact with me almost daily and giving me thourough written updates with every enquiry. Amazing!
From the beginning to the very end I found Raph to be the ultimate professional. He kept me informed on a regular basis on what was happening with my property. He was never too busy to answer any questions I had and in the ever changing property landscape I couldn’t have asked for more than the effort he gave me. 110% all the time. I would highly recommend Raph and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Raphael sold out property in Coburg, he is very knowledgeable and kept us up to date at every step of the way. He stood firm and got us the price we needed. Thanks again Raph.
Our home campaign was extremely planned and done in a superb way by this young man Raphael. He has extensive knowledge about the market and his professionalism had embarked our experience. He has a highly experienced team that had worked alongside him and that can be seen by the quality of his work. We strongly endorsed him and his team. Keep up the good work guys:)
Raph navigated the sale of my home through the changing winds of the market with care and pragmatism. He was super responsive to my requirements in marketing my home and gave it the best chance to attract appropriate buyers. He recognised shifts in the market during my campaign and was agile and practical in responding to these, ensuring I succeeded in achieving the best outcome in my tight timeframes.
We were very happy with the service that Raph provided throughout the process of selling our house. We really appreciated the high level of communication that Raph and his colleagues demonstrated through the campaign. Raph's strong work ethic was evident as he was always available to discuss any questions that we had along the way.
My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home and had been unsuccessful for about 6 months. Raph gave us the heads up about an off-market property that ticked all the boxes for us. We managed to have an inspection, building inspection, contracts and an offer that was ultimately accepted within just one week start to finish and we are so grateful for Raph's quick communication and support through the process. I was told by a friend that "when the right house comes along it will be easy", and this was certainly my experience with Raph. I wouldn't hesitate to sell or buy again with him in future.
We chose Raphael because of his experience in the area and we were not disappointed. He sold our house within 2 weeks before it even hit the market. He hit the ground running as soon as we met him and kept us involved and upto date at all times. We were very happy with Raphael and the team.
Raphael has been a gem of an agent all through the process, he has an amazing manner and is very good at his job. He was a delight to work with all through the campaign. He achieved an amazing result and made it look very straightforward and easy and looked after my interests. Highly higly recommend!!
We were unsure on if we should sell, but with Raph's guidance and optimism he really settled our nerves. The end result was far better than we could have imagined and as the only agent who truly aimed high, we were beyond thrilled to see our sale exceed everyone's initial estimates. Would recommend him to anyone looking to sell every day as one of the truly hardest working and professional agents in Melbourne!
