I genuinely say he is the best agent I have ever dealt with, he is professional, friendly, patient (we were lazy and took 12 months to put it up for sale) and does not push you or make you feel pressured at all. He kept in contact through the year just to keep touch, he assisted with trades as need (I requested his help) and their prices blew every other quote I got out of the water. As a person in their late fifties I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time, having bought and sold many properties over the years. Unfortunately many of them are the reason that RE agents have such a bad reputation. However, dealing with Raph and the team at Ray White for the sale of my property in Coburg (and the leasing prior to the sale) was a breath of fresh air.
