I cannot speak highly enough of Felicity Locandro at Buxton's in Bentleigh in regards to selling our property. Felicity went beyond the call for us in not only selling the property but also in her negotiation skills to obtain the price we wanted and beyond. At 7.30pm on a Friday night she was still trying to get the deal done for us and then once this happened was wiling to do a house call to ensure the sale documents were all completed.
