We can’t fault our experience of purchasing our new home through Felicity. Our first meeting was an inspection of a home that she organised for me outside of the set scheduled opens. Felicity is delightful and is very genuine with a lovely warm personality. She gently highlighted the features of the home without me feeling like she was trying to sell me the property. Felicity even helped me measure up spaces in the home. She was so prompt in getting back to me in all our communications, and nothing ever felt like it was too much trouble for her at all.
