Matt was communicative and proactive. Starr have clearly put a lot of thought into their customer experience and processes. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with.
From the first meeting with Matt and throughout the whole selling process we were kept in the loop and across any developments in a timely and efficient manner. Through the Open Home experience, to the Auction, and then onto the Property Launch phase we were always updated with the latest information. Although we didn't achieve the ultimate result that we were hoping for, the outcome and end result was very pleasing and quite timely. During the whole process Matt and his team were very enthusiastic and determined to help us achieve the best outcome possible.
Matt is an exemplary and honest professional. He meticulously guided us through the entire process from initiation to completion. The creation of a WhatsApp group was an effective strategy for keeping us informed about open houses and attendance details, as well as providing weekly and mid-week reports. Matt has surpassed my expectations in every respect. I strongly recommend Star Partners Merrylands to anyone contemplating selling in the Granville area, as they are one of the most reputable and trustworthy teams in the industry. Matt and his team of sales professionals demonstrated exceptional commitment and successfully sold the property. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Matt and the entire team at Star Partners Merrylands for their dedication and hard work. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team to sell my family home, which was a triple lot ripe for development. While it was a challenging decision to part with a home that held so many memories, Matt made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He and his team were incredibly professional, supportive, and attentive, always ensuring that we were informed and comfortable throughout each step of the sale. I truly appreciate how they understood the emotional aspect of selling our family home, while also maximizing the property's potential for development. I highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to sell their home — their expertise and dedication made all the difference.
We had a difficult sale as the market dropped dramatically prior to our auction. Matt and Rita and the team did their best to guide us through it. Helped us work through the difficult Settlement on the new property as well
From our very first meeting with Matt, we knew he was the agent for us. His knowledge of the area, his honesty and professionalism were second to none. From the time we sat with him discussing the sale till the day we went to auction, he was there with us all the way giving frequent updates and answered any questions we might have had. Selling a family home that my parents built over 50 years ago was a very emotional time but through Matt’s guidance and understanding we achieved an outstanding result. He always checked to see how mum was going which was such a nice thing to do. Matt organised the most wonderful and professional auctioneer who worked extremely hard for the best outcome. From our family, we would like to send a huge “thank you” to Matt, Christine, Rita, Wendy and all the team at Starr Partners (Pemulwuy) for their unwavering support and hard work. If you are looking for an excellent agent to get the job done then Matt Carpenter and his team are the agents for you.
