I have dealt with Real Estate Agents for over 25 years, and its easy to say that Matt is the top of the crop. His professionalism,.communication, and knowledge of the market is second to none. He made us feel at ease every step of the way and was open, transparent and honest in all his communications. He made sure all our questions were answered even before we asked them. Loved dealing with him and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks Matt!

I'd give 6 stars but 5 is the maximum. We approached Matt about selling our house. I signed a few electronic forms and Matt took care of the rest. Constantly contacting us regarding updates and getting us a better price for our property than what we wanted. No words can describe how happy l am and l sincerely recommend Matt Carpenter to anyone who wants to sell.

Matt goes over and beyond for his clients. He shielded me from some difficult situations and was always positive in his dealings with me. He secured a very good price for my property and very quickly; Matt knows how to use the best approach for the given situation. Matt uses technology to provide regular updates without being intrusive.

Matt made the process of selling a house very easy and talked us through the whole way. Matts updates were fantastic and would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic, great experience ! Very helpful. Great at what he does.

Matt demonstrated absolute commitment to our sale, in a tough market with a lot of external factors outside his control his team still kept pushing and delivered a favourable outcome.

This is the third property we have sold through Matt Carpenter at Starr Partners and every time he delivers. With a deep understanding of the market, Matt is able to price and position the property to attract the right buyer. You are kept up to date every step along the way and feel supported and informed when making decisions about your property. I highly recommend Matt and his team.

The good team the help to much

Matt was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations with the service he provided as well as the result we got with the sale of our Property. I highly recommend dealing with him if you have a property you are thinking of selling.

I think what i appreciated most about Matt was his straightforward communication style. He gave us regular updates and kept us in the loop. We had some negotiations with a difficult buyer that eventually fell through, but Matt and his team worked hard to find another buyer with a better offer. Even though Matt knew the price we would be happy at he pushed to get a better price that exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Matt and his team.

Great experience with Matt and his team. Their knowledge of the current market and advice throughout the whole selling process helped us get a great result. Thank you to Matt and Star partners.

Matt Carpenter, a pleasure to deal with, I would definitely use him again, knowledgeable and very helpful, a professional at his best. During the sale process our property was tenanted and managed by another agent which were based on the Northern Beaches. When our tenant vacated Matt was willing and able to assist my existing agent to help speed the process. Having only 2 weeks left on the market (after tenant vacated) Matt assisted my existing agent with issues arising when a tenant vacates a property, talk about an agent going over and beyond his duties. Throughout the sale process of our property, Matt provided exceptional communication, ensuring my husband and I were fully informed, he updated us every step and minute of the way, including with weekly updates on property visits and inspection attendances. His diligence in keeping us in the loop was most appreciated and commendable. In the end, we got more than we expected at auction, a real pleasure in dealing with Matt and his team, once again thank you for all your help and expertise!
